Four Points by Sheraton Houston Hobby Airport

The cheapest location I can find in Houston area, only $90 per night after tax is a good deal. If you are like me who does not drive, taking rides leaving and back to the hotel is a necessity. There is no bus stops nearby. The room and bathroom are both spacious. The problem is that there is a lack of light. Even with all lights on, the room still looks dim, although not a significant issue for me. The shower is not very decent. It still works but water constant goes out from both the shower and the tap. There is no soap in the day I checked in, later, they added a bar of soap. Hotel staff is very friendly. Requests are always responded: a malfunctioned sink gets fixed next day.

Wow this hotel is amazing. Check out what time is at noon, not at 11 a.m. they have great bathroom amenities and the breakfast is awesome you get to order what you want and then they make it for you. I needed a ride out of there and and so they gave me a free shuttle to another hotel I had to go to. This hotel I highly recommend if you want to go somewhere with great quality. This hotel is definitely up to great quality standard. 10 thumbs up.

Well I was impressed with the hotel. It was in a well lit area, was in a good location, and had onsite security. The place looked nice on the outside and didn't look sleezy or sketchy.There were lots of restaurants and fast food joints in the area, some within walking distances .The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. The room was a modern contemporary style. The king size bed was massive and the pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The bed was made up in a crisp, military style (for those who served in the armed forces, you know what i'm talking about.). There is a huge 50-55 inch TV mounted on the wall, right in front of the bed that has ONLY basic cable. And the hotel rates were affordable and competitive. My date was impressed with the hotel. However, one complaint I have about the room was that it was very dark. Even when I turned on every light in the room, including the bathroom light, it was still dark and dreary and not enough to brighten up the room. The ambience of the room was stark, cold, and dreary. At times, the darkness of the room felt very overpowering. The lighting was a very stark white spectrum. My other complaint was the customer service. When I entered the hotel to check in and get a room, the Asian desk lady alternated between talking to me about what room I wanted for the night and holding a personal conversation in her native Asian language on her personal cellphone. This went on throughout the check-in process. It was very irritating, unprofessional, and rude. I hope that the Four Points Sheraton will train it's employees and desk people on basic customer service, professionalism, and etiquette. But overall, I was satisfied with my experience and will be staying at the Four Points in the future.

Great deal especially for what I paid. Super clean and super nice. Breakfast is minimal at best but the hotel next door is free for guests here and was as good or better then any other free breakfast hotels. The toilet ran all.....night.....long....wow. what a waste of water. I know how to fix it so I made it stop but how many other guests just let it go at $100s of wasted water per day. I reported it so now should be solved.

Stayed here for 3 days and elevators were working ....laundry room ..worked perfect ..they even have seats in the hallway to sit down ....my room was decent and clean and big ..and it was very quiet and peaceful .. I even met some nice and sweet people ..the staff was very helpful ..everything seemed pretty updated for the price that was payed ....since the pool was getting maintenance I got to go next door to the indoor pool ....which everyone complained about it being cold but since I'm from Miami it felt like Miami Beach water which wasn't a problem to me at all....I liked it

This hotel deserves 10 stars. Within Houston area, I have had my share of hotel stays, individual, family, business and personal. And this hotel aced most of them. The rooms are super clean. Those house keepers are constantly making sure all is sparkling and smelling clean. The rooms are very comfortable and (what I like most) well spaced out with a comfortable layout. Bathrooms are top notch. You notice that I use plural,: that's because I and my family keep coming back. And will continue to. Additionally the Manager, Ms Vane.....(keeping her name private) is always attentive to customers needs. What more can I say? Keep up the good work.

When I arrived, the area looked suspect and creepy. Our first room didn't have a telephone, which was concerning. So they moved us to another room that had a phone. We were satisfied. The rooms and dining area was super clean at all times. Staff was very polite and attentive. Gustavo was awesome! He made our breakfast experience the best! The food was great and wait time was perfect. I wish I could order a Strawberry Waffle right now!!!!
